Invite colleagues and track the discount when they upgrade.
How referral codes work
Every Sessional account is assigned a unique referral code. When someone signs up using your referral link, the connection is recorded between your accounts.
The person you refer gets their discount when they first subscribe to Plus or Pro. Your reward follows once their first payment has been taken.
Where to find your code
Your referral code and sharing link are in the Refer a colleague panel on the Personal tab of your profile.

How to share your link
You can share your referral link through any channel.
- Email it to a colleague directly
- Share it in a WhatsApp or group chat
- Post it on social media or a professional forum
- Include it in your email signature
When you earn the reward
Your reward is granted when the person you referred has paid for a Plus or Pro subscription. Signing up, verifying an email address or starting a free trial does not trigger it: if they start with the 14-day trial, your reward arrives when their first payment is taken at the end of it, and not at all if they cancel first.
Their discount is applied automatically at checkout. Yours is applied automatically after their first payment has gone through, which can be two weeks after checkout when they begin with a trial.

The Refer a colleague panel on the Personal tab of your profile shows your referral activity.
