Your Sessional profile: share it with practices, skip the phone tag

One thing locums tell us they find useful is having a single link to send to a practice manager before a booking conversation starts. Your Sessional profile does that job. It shows your specialties, general location, biography, and availability calendar, and it gives the practice a direct way to send a booking request without needing your personal number or a chain of emails.

The short version: set your profile to Published if you want to appear in directory searches, or Unlisted if you would rather share the link directly with specific practices only. Either way, once a practice submits a request it lands in your dashboard for you to accept, decline, or discuss further. No phone tag, no missed emails.

If you have not filled in your profile yet, or if it is still set to Private, it takes about five minutes to get it into a state worth sharing. Your profile page is at Dashboard > Profile.
